Responsibilities:
- Responsible for designing and developing high-performance scalable
web applications based on LAMP stack.
- Responsible for ensuring implementation efficiency, reliability,
maintainability and adherence to coding standards. |

Requirements:
- At least four years of web application development experience
- Solid experience in Linux / Apache / MySQL environments
- Solid experience in using PHP, Javascript, HTML, XML, Ajax, Perl,
CSS and similar technologies
- Experience in designing high-performance scalable websites
- Strong grasp of user experience issues
- Strong grasp of user interface (UI) design
- Degree holder in computer science discipline
- Proficient in spoken/written English and Chinese

internet hosting providers
- Responsible for administrating servers, maintaining operating systems

- Internet software development experience required
- Experience writing codes in C, C++, Perl, HTML and Javascript
- Native Chinese speaker with excellent command of written and spoken

tools
- Solid skills and experience writing codes in C, C++, Perl, HTML

- Experience with creating web applications and capable of scaling

- Native Chinese speaker with excellent command of written and spoken

- Define specific topics and develop active, passionate Internet communities
around these topics
- Recruit and manage “alpha” users
- Evangelize our site across
- Occasionally create original content around new topics |

Requirements:
- Smart, motivated, self-directed worker
- Passionate user of Chinese community sites (BBS, blogs, etc.)
- At least 3 years experience in managing online communities
- Experience writing content that engages online communities
- Able to develop and maintain effective working relationships with
people from different backgrounds and expertise
- Ability to synthesize information and communicate it to different
audiences with different levels of content
- The ideal candidate would have skills in journalism and marketing
in addition to their online community management skills
- Solid command of written and spoken English
- Undergraduate degree from a top university; prefer Master’s degree

- Gatekeeper for deploying new functionality and content
- Responsible for final quality of code in production system
- Responsible for setting standards and procedures for quality assurance
and work with the development teams to ensure that their processes
lead up to stable product releases. |

- At least 3-5 years experience in software quality assurance/management
environment
- Working experience with website development tools and site creation
- Experience with automated test tools
- Experience in writing codes in C, C++, Perl, HTML and Javascript
would be a plus
